Dawson College to Host the 2026 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship

The Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) is proud to announce Dawson College as the official host of the 2026 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship. The event will occur from March 18 to 21, 2026, at the Tony Proudfoot Gymnasium, in the heart of Montreal.

The championship will be handed off to Dawson College following the 2025 edition hosted by St-Thomas University from March 11–15 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. |


Dawson College, a distinguished member of the CCAA since 1974, has a storied history in collegiate basketball. Over the years, the Dawson Blues Women’s Basketball Team has achieved remarkable success, including two silver medals, and two bronze medals within the last nine years.
